Normalizer in FCP?

I was watching some Larry Jordan tutorials today, in one he demonstrates normalizing in FCP.

Darn it for all these years I've been outsourcing this operation, because I thought FCP didn't have this. It's not in effects, audio filters, which is where I'd expect it to be. Turns out that it's under modify, audio. You can also pan center here.

Ah well!
Just in case I'm not the only one who didn't this, I thought I'd pass it on.

Of course now I'm going to feel even more foolish when it turns out that this is common knowledge

Actually logic would demand that it sits together with pan.
