    Default new camera or camcorder

    Ok so i have two hv40s, one hfg10 canon and two 60d dslrs, A guy wants to buy my hv40s, and that means i can go out and get?? Do i just get another 60d or get another hfg10 or is there another camcorder out recently not hdv and apart from the xf100 to expensive.as i want to now go all sd cards...

    If you don't mind CF cards, you should think of an XF100, or it's baby brother the X whatever.

    XA10 - thanks, Daniel. It has the same sensor as the XF, but uses AVCHD, and has a touch screen (when that thig is dead, your cam is dead).

    Thanks Daniel and CG, nut i have the hfg10 the brother of xa10, so they reckon no difference apart from the top handle!!

    And XLR block.

    That handle is a very nifty add-on. Nigh indispensable for low angle shots (lurking under the bride's dress and stuff).

    The issue I have with the XF is that is badly balanced. Once you have a mic mounted, it tilts to the right. I can imagine that the XA is even worse.

    Hahaha nice one almo,

    Will get another hfg10 i think, dead easy on a monopod running and gunning, footage looks amazing, do i need another dslr, nooooooooo... hehe just kidding all us dslr messers....
