Thread: Rocket steamer

    Default Rocket steamer

Arguably the most iconic tourist attraction in Bangladesh- journeying south from Dhaka aboard a vintage rocket paddle-wheel steamer.

Some nice looking shots. I like the 12.5fps effect! More than the color correction.

Really enjoyed this. Loved the music.
The ferry you passed made me sad.
It is an accident waiting to happen.

    Thanks, all.
Playing: overloaded boats seem to be very much the norm in Bangladesh, though the one captured was particularly crowded. I found the mid-river disembarking experience for lower deck passengers onto battling (overloaded) small boats halfway into the journey to be eye-opening too..
